Bridge Barrow Coordination Pilot

Bridge Barrow is launching a community coordination pilot focused on strengthening referral pathways and cross-sector collaboration in Barrow County.

More specifically, this project aims to develop a county-wide, collaborative database referral network to be able to better meet the needs of the community. Initial primary focus will be placed on identified priority needs (including, but not limited to: housing, food, and health & wellness).
